- After an item is delivered to you, you have three days to let us know that you would like to return it.
- The customer must return the goods to our address at his own cost using a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered mail.
- Delivery fees are not going to be reimbursed.
- Electronic item checking warranty is only 1 day.
- Refund requests will be handled two working days after the products are received back.

Home Line Return policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:
- In case you are delivered the wrong product.
- In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.
Returning an item is simple, just follow the steps mentioned below:
- Call and Email us and request a return
- Our team will provide the address of our office where you have to return
- Pack items as it is as received
- If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item.
